I'm not surprised, but many might be. Wisconsin, according to a CNBC poll, is ranked 37th in a Best Places to do Business Poll.37th? Out of the 50 states we aren't even ranked in the top 1/2. Why is this? I have my theories, our overreaching public legistlative bodies would rank right up there for 1.
